About the Role :

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and professional Security Guard to join our Security Services team and ensure the safety and security of the office facility, employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, basic security knowledge, and the ability to handle security-related situations calmly and effectively, with a strong focus on discipline, vigilance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities – Security Guard :

Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
Conduct proper security checks and frisking as per site requirements.
Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records accurately.
Regularly patrol the assigned premises and remain alert for any unusual activity.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
Ensure the safety and security of the building, assets, employees, and visitors.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and security threats.
Follow all site security procedures, SOPs, and instructions from the Security Supervisor/Management.
Maintain proper discipline, grooming, uniform, ID card, and personal appearance.
Prepare and maintain daily occurrence, incident, and shift handover reports.
Assist during fire, evacuation, medical, or other emergency situations as required.
Maintain professional and courteous behaviour while dealing with employees, visitors, clients, and vendors.
Immediately report any security related issue, damage, theft, or suspicious activity to the concerned supervisor.

Requirements – Security Guard :

Minimum 10th Pass; higher qualification will be an advantage.
Previous experience in security services, office, residential, commercial, or facility management is preferred.
Good physical fitness and ability to remain alert during duty hours.
Basic knowledge of security procedures, access control, frisking, and patrolling.
Good observation and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and security incidents calmly and responsibly.
Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Must be disciplined, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Well-groomed and presentable, with proper uniform and ID card.
Ability to maintain security registers, visitor records, and daily reports.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including day/night shifts, as required.
Must follow company and client security policies, SOPs, and instructions.
Height required upto 5ft 6inch.
