About the Role :

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to manage day-to-day security operations, supervise security guards, maintain discipline, and ensure the safety and security of the site, staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and incident-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities – Security Supervisor :

Supervise and manage security guards and daily deployment.
Ensure proper patrolling, access control, and security checks.
Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and duty performance.
Maintain security registers, logs, and daily reports.
Monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents promptly.
Coordinate with clients, management, and emergency services when required.
Conduct regular briefings and ensure compliance with site SOPs.
Handle emergencies, incidents, and evacuation procedures.
Ensure proper shift handover and takeover.
Report security issues and operational concerns to the management.

Requirements – Security Supervisor :

Minimum 10th Pass; higher qualification preferred.
Prior experience in security supervision or facility management.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of access control, patrolling, and security procedures.
Ability to handle incidents and emergencies effectively.
Good knowledge of security registers, reports, and documentation.
Physically fit, disciplined, alert, and responsible.
Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to coordinate professionally with clients, staff, and management.
Height required upto 5ft 6inch.
