About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Technical Services team and support the day-to-day electrical operations of an office facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, switches, sockets, lighting, and related equipment.
Monitor and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, and other office electrical systems.
Attend to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with applicable safety standards.
Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with other technical and facility management teams when required.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained safely and properly.

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
Previous experience as an Electrician, preferably in an office, commercial building, facility, or similar environment.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults independently.
Strong understanding of workplace electrical safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
